Graduating students must submit an application to complete their master’s degree at the beginning of their final registered quarter at UO (typically during the internship portion of the program).
The following forms must be completed no less than one term prior to the term of graduation:

- Petition to remove an incomplete that is older than one year.
- Request to transfer courses into a degree program. This includes all graduate post-baccalaureate, CEP, UO reservation of graduate credit, pre- or post-master’s, and/or work from another institution before or during your degree program with us. Notice of any transfer credits must be given to the OCE (electrochemistry@uoregon.edu) prior to the start of your final term of study for evaluation, approval, and processing. Transfer credits taken during the last term of study are possible but require pre-approval.
- Request to change classification from conditional to regular master’s standing. Check the DuckWeb “View General Student Information” menu to view your classification.
Students completing the Master’s Internship Program in Electrochemical Technologies should select the “MS Chemistry – Electrochemical Technologies” option.
Students in the AMP (BS/MS 4+1) will have additional steps provided to them for Internship and appropriate Graduate standing.
